Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, they do not expire, and they are issued for an amount of money, not a specific Spa Service(s).

Lash Extension sets must be originally done by Esthetics by Jess in order to be filled by Esthetics by Jess.

Each client must have at least forty percent (40%) of the lashes remaining to be considered a “Lash Fill” appointment. If you attend your Lash Fill appointment with less than forty percent (40%) of the lashes, you may be rescheduled for a full set on a different day, depending on availability. The percent of remaining lashes, as stated, is determined at the sole discretion of Jessica Washburn.

Lash Fill appointments are one (1) hour in duration; every one (1) minute thereafter, regardless of the reason, is an additional one dollar ($1.00) per minute.

Prices may change without notice.

There is a fee of fifty percent (50%) of the scheduled Spa Service price for cancelling an appointment within twenty four (24) hours of the appointment time, failing to attend/show up for the appointment, and/or arriving more than ten (10) minutes late to the appointment. Such fee must be paid to Esthetics by Jess prior to scheduling any further appointments with Esthetics By Jess.

If three appointments in a row are changed and/or cancelled a none refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) must be e-transferred to Esthetics by Jess prior to another appointment being scheduled.

Cash, e-transfer, and Esthetics by Jess Gift Certificates are the only methods of payment accepted by Esthetics by Jess.
